We offer both private and publicly funded services*. Allied Health ServicesWe offer individualised allied health services including occupational therapy and social work. Each member of our team has been carefully selected for their complementary qualifications, skills and experience, to enable us to meet the needs of all of the people that we support, regardless of the complexity of their needs. Comprehensive initial assessment and referral to the appropriate member of our team will ensure that each client has access to a range of skilled professionals and specialist services, to meet their individual needs. Where additional need is identified beyond the professional scope of our specialist support team, referral to appropriately skilled and qualified professionals will be made. Mentoring ProgramOur mentoring team provide one to one support aimed at assisting people to achieve their goals and increase their skills and independence. No goal is considered too big or too small! Our mentoring team have diverse backgrounds and skill sets and are linked with individuals on the basis of shared interests, availability, geographic location and relevant skills sets. Mentors can assist with the development of independent living skills, social interests and hobbies, employment and education, community participation, sports and creative arts. Support Coordination & Case ManagementWe offer professional case management services in a private capacity as well as support coordination and specialist support coordination under the NDIS. Our coordination team hold qualifications and experience in a wide variety of professional areas including psychology, social work, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, law/legal studies, psychotherapy, mediation, public sector management, business administration, community services, adult guardianship and administration, child protection, disability and aged care. Our coordination team work collaboratively to provide the best possible service drawing on each other’s skill sets and competencies as required. Caroline MarshallDirector BA(hons) Psych, Grad Dip Counselling, Grad Cert Public Sector Management, Grad Cert Professional Legal Studies 0450 091 478 Caroline has a BA(hons) degree in psychology and sociology as well as post-graduate qualifications in Counselling, Professional Legal Studies and Management. She was previously a nationally accredited mediator in Australia and has a special interest in working with families in conflict, particularly relating to guardianship matters and preventing elder abuse or abuse of people with disabilities.
